Normal service resumed - all oustanding orders have now shipped - thanks for your patience

Computer woe. The machine I use for printing / burning the CDs available in the shop has had to be returned to the manufacturer with a fault, this means any orders placed will be delayed until the computer is returned. I would hope to resume normal service within at most two weeks.

Muhr has been producing electronic music for the last 8 years and has started this project to create music that moreso represents him.

Although he likes to avoid describing his music within styles and borders, his music is somewhere between ambient and electronica, sometimes melding some aspects of film-scores and classical.

When composing, he searches more for purity than academic prowess, simplicity rather than complexity and spontaneity rather than structure.

ABOUT US

Serein was established on the 19th of October, 2005 as a venture for promoting musicians and their work online. A so called 'net-label', we release our music in MP3 format under the creative commons license for free. Releases are grouped identically to how you would expect a record label's catalogue to be organised. In the music section you will find releases listed with a catalogue number (ser000) identifying each unique release. Within each of these are links to music files and artwork, with the option to download the whole pack as a compressed zip file.

We largely concentrate on releasing experimental, ambient and electro acoustic compositions but enjoy a vast array of musical styles and hope to keep you on your toes.
